Training Information

DCR meets for training 3 times per week. These sessions are designed to improve your endurance, speed and technique, and make you a better runner. The sessions cater for all abilities and everyone is welcome. A volunteer Session Leader is your point of contact for each session. They'll deliver a pre-run brief, answer any questions and make sure everyone gets back safely.

Training sessions will go ahead, rain, hail or shine. The only reason they will be cancelled is if the weather is deemed to be unsafe. If a training session is cancelled, it will be announced to members via Team App and our Facebook page.

Come and try a few sessions before you sign up as a member.

Where: Marngrook Oval, Diamond Creek
7pm - Group runs - 5km and 8km+ groups.

Distances will vary between 5km and 20km.
