OUR CLUB MEETS WEEKLY FOR GROUP RUNS AND/OR SKILLS SESSIONS. THESE OFFICIAL SESSIONS ARE HELD ON TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SUNDAY. WE ALSO RUN A POPULAR 8-WEEK START TO RUN PROGRAM DESIGNED TO GET NEW RUNNERS AND BEGINNERS INTO THE SPORT WE ALL ENJOY.
