Run Melbourne Training Plans

DCR have a team heading to Run Melbourne on 30th July. Our 12-week training plans are designed to fit in with DCR skills sessions on Tuesday evenings. Some longer distance runs will join in with our Sunday runs, or with parkrun. Details are posted in the Member Facebook Group.
